Payment Information

    • We accept, Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
    • Your billing address must match the address on your credit card.

Please read the following important terms and conditions before making a purchase from our site.  If you do not agree with the terms and conditions contained herein, please do not use this website.  Use of information on this site or purchase of any product on this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

    1. Any information provided on this website or any linked website is not intended as medical advice nor is it intended to replace discussions with a healthcare provider.  All decisions regarding patient care must be made with a healthcare provider, considering the unique characteristics of the patient.  If you have a medical concern, please consult with your physician.
    2. Please consult your physician before using products offered on this site.
    3. Upon receipt of the product, carefully read the instructions, directions, guidelines and precautions, if any, provided by the manufacturer before using the product.  Any questions or concerns should be discussed with your physician.
    4. Product information presented at cara-linda.com is provided by the manufacturer of the individual product.  Cara-linda.com assumes no liability for the use of the information provided through this site.
    5. Minors should not purchase products from this site.
    6. Cara Linda provides no warranties, express or implied, in regard to any products on this website, and there will be no warranties of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose.
    7. While Cara Linda offers a Return Policy, this should not be construed in any way as a warranty of any kind in regard to the products sold on this site.
    8. When using any skin care products, if any irritations such as itching, burning, scaling or other unusual symptoms develop, we recommend you immediately discontinue the use of those products and that you consult with your physician immediately.
    9. Cara Linda does not assume responsibility or liability for web site links "to" and/or "from" our site.

Shipping Services Information

    • Our shipping method is USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Day delivery time).  Shipping is free for all orders over $99 within the continental United States.  All other orders shipped USPS Priority Mail will be $4.95.
    • Packages being delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, and some small or rural towns may take a few more days to arrive.  You will receive an email from us with a tracking number when your order is shipped.

Out of Stock Items
All products are normally in stock.  Occasionally some items may be temporarily back-ordered.  The entire order will be processed and shipped when back-ordered items are available.

Sales Tax

A 6% Sales tax will be charged for orders shipped within South Carolina

International Shipments
We Do Not Ship Internationally at this time.

Claim Requirements

Lost packages
To file for a loss, there is a 30 day waiting period for all domestic packages.  A signed letter is required after the waiting period or your claim won't be processed.  No emails will be accepted.

Damaged packages
Damage claims can be filed immediately.  If your damage claim is over $100.00, proof of damage is required.  Please have the package sent back for investigation.

Return & Cancellation Policy

Returns
Customers may not return products due to general dissatisfaction with the product.  Instead, they need to document a bad reaction to the product and fill out a SkinCeuticals bad reaction form.  The bad reaction form must be sent with the returned item(s).  Contact Cara Linda to obtain this form.

Refunds will not be applied to invoices that are more than 30 days old or products that are over 40% used.  It is the customer's responsibility to provide postage for the return or exchange of products.  No credit will be given until we receive the product and the bad reaction form.

  • The products must be returned in their original packaging or refund will not be given.
  • Please include a copy of your original invoice with the returned product(s).
  • Customers will be responsible for return shipment costs.
  • Cara Linda is not responsible for items lost in the mail.
  • There will be NO refunds issued after 30 days from purchase date.
  • Items that are damaged, or shipped incorrectly, will be replaced with an identical product at no expense to you.  However, you MUST make these claims within 5 business days from receipt of products.
  • You will need to insure returns and use certified mail or some other mechanism that requires us to sign for it to assure that returns successfully arrive back to us.  Shipping fees are not eligible for refund.
  • All credit card purchases will be issued a refund to the credit card used.

Cancellations
Orders canceled prior to shipment will receive full credit.
